The department is responsible for inventory management of all Dutch entities of Benno Leeser Holding through daily counting, brand verification, and other control activities across various locations.

We are looking for a flexible colleague who can work quickly and accurately to complement and strengthen the current Control team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing counting, brand verification, authenticity checks, and other control activities across various locations;
• Collecting data for daily inventory counts at Schiphol and processing this information;
• Verifying these daily counts using an Excel program;
• Periodically carrying out brand checks at locations including GASSAN Schiphol, GASSAN Diamonds, GASSAN Dam Square, GASSAN PC, GASSAN Eindhoven, and GASSAN Rotterdam;
• Conducting daily counts and checks at The Masters Expo and other external locations where GASSAN goods are present (e.g. hotels);
• Processing and reporting the results of these checks to management;
• Investigating discrepancies based on the results of the controls, where applicable.

What you need to be a successful Control Associate:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Product knowledge and interest in the product;
• Accuracy, analytical thinking, and perseverance to resolve inventory discrepancies when they do not immediately add up;
• Flexibility regarding team scheduling, travel to and working at various locations, and occasional work during weekends and evenings;
• Strong communication skills;
• Preferably available for at least 80% FTE.
